Born in Amasya, Op. Dr. Ayşe Öznur Akidil graduated from Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine in 2005.

She completed her residency training at the ENT clinic of Sakarya Training and Research Hospital. After continuing her career at Istanbul Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital between 2015-2020, and at İzmir Kemalpaşa State Hospital between 2020-2021, she left her public-sector position in 2021 to open her own private practice.

She currently continues to serve her patients at her private practice located in the Bayraklı district of İzmir. She is married and the mother of three children.
